Hi All,

We have been experiencing Telephone line outages in our area and this has affected our phones. We are having Technicians attending to the problem and we hope to have the lines back up as soon as possible.

Telkom Line Fault

Please note we are experiencing intermittent problems with our Telkom lines. This is affecting both of our main numbers  (0861 88 0861 and 011 367 0000).

We have logged a fault and Telkom has dispatched a technician to attend to the problem.

Customer Service Hours Notice Thursday 3 December 2015

Dear Customers,

 

On Thursday the 3rd of December we will be offering customer support via phone, email and live chat until 15:00.

Normal hours will resume on the 4th where we will be offering support from 07:30 to 22:00 on week days. Saturdays from 08:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 on Sundays.

During this time you are still more than welcome to email us or submit support tickets.

bidorbuy has introduced the "Make an Offer" feature this feature will allow buyers and sellers to negotiate on Buy Now items.
