Posted by bidorbuy Marketing, Last modified by bidorbuy Marketing on 16 July 2020 01:40 PM

All Pargo parcels sent via bidorbuy automatically include insurance. This gives you even more comfort using the Pargo network, and the peace of mind that your parcels are insured, in the unlikely event that it gets lost or damaged while in transit.

There are some guidelines for being included in the Pargo parcel insurance.

  • It must be on all of your parcels – can’t part insure/insure on a parcel to parcel basis
  • R2.50 will be added to your rate and all your parcels are covered for an amount up to  R1,000 (no excess).
  • Should your parcel value be higher than R1000, use the table below to insure parcels for more than R1,000. For example: to insure for R3,000, amount is R2.00 additional on top of your R2.50 i.e. R4.50

Policy cover base limit and premium (Compulsory base): R1 000 loss limit per parcel (R 2.50 per parcel per month premium)

Buy up limits and premium: Increments of R 500 buy up from base at R 0,50 per additional R 500 cover selected per parcel per month.

Maximum cover limit option per parcel: R 5 000
