I Have Not Received My Items, What Do I Do?

We generally allow 7 days for a transaction to be finalised, this takes into account things like payment delays, shipping or delivery times etc. We recommend that you attempt to contact the Seller again (via email and telephonically), should you not get a response or the Seller continues to avoid you, we suggest you contact us at hello@bidorbuy.co.za or call 087 350 0099, informing us of the situation and we will advise you accordingly.
