Buyer has not made payment or is not contactable; what do I do?

Buyer has not made payment or is not contactable; what do I do?

We generally recommend 48 hours for a transaction to be completed. If you have not been able to contact a non-paying buyer for 48 hours, you can cancel the order, which will prevent the buyer from making payment given that they have not started the payment process before you marked the order as cancelled.

If the buyer does not respond or still fails to complete the transaction, don't worry Bob Shop did not reserve or charge any success fees on the order.

Non-paying buyers can also be reported to Bob Shop for further investigation or action against them by emailing hello@bobshop.co.za.
