Change or update your profile details

Log into Bob Shop and go the my account section to update or change your details:
  1. Name and surname
  2. Username
  3. Address
  4. Phone number
  5. Email address
  6. Password
  7. X-rated viewing settings
  8. SMS outbid alerts settings
  9. Newsletter subscription preferences
  10. Shipping addresses
  11. Saved cards


When you change your email address or your mobile phone number, you will have to go through the authentication process again to activate your account. If you need assistance with updating or changing details, please contact our customer support team at 010 005 6200, hello@bobshop.co.za or via the live chat.
