What is an SNC (Sale Not Complete)?
Posted by bidorbuy Admin, Last modified by bidorbuy Marketing on 13 December 2017 08:01 AM

An SNC is a Sale Not Completed process which is in place for sellers to send automated notifications to buyers who have not concluded a transaction within 7 days of winning an auction or placing an order. After the seller files an SNC, the buyer has a further 7 days to complete the transaction. If the buyer fails to do so, a non-fulfilment warning will be placed against the buyer and the seller may rate the buyer negatively. Multiple offences will result in the buyer being blacklisted from the bidorbuy web site.

SNCs are primarily used by sellers to recoup success fees charged for unsuccessful sales.
