Office maintenance: Saturday 4th July 2015

Please note that tomorrow we will be performing some routine maintenance at our offices.

During this time we might experience some interruptions to the office telephone systems, which could affect our ability to provide telephonic customer support. 

Your ability to access the site should not be affected and you should be able to bid, sell or buy as normal.

bidorbuy launches "Make an Offer" functionality

bidorbuy has introduced the "Make an Offer" feature this feature will allow buyers and sellers to negotiate on Buy Now items.

To use this feature, sellers will "opt-in" during the listing process. The buyer will initiate the offer process by clicking the "Make an Offer" option. To find out more read our "Make an Offer" guide.


Downtime Warning

Starting from around midnight tonight (Friday 30 January 2015) is migrating to a different service provider. This will result in a complete shut-down of the site for several hours. The site should be accessible from about 3AM tomorrow (31 January 2015). However, some disruptions could be experienced in the morning of 31 January.

We apologise to all bidorbuy sellers and buyers for the inconvenience this will cause and hope that this advance warning will enable you to make satisfactory arrangements regarding your listings and your shopping on the site.
